Colorspace Error?

Hey everyone, new to Topaz Video Al. Downloaded the free version to get a feel for it. I threw in one 13sec clip in to test the stabilization and upscaling.

Video is 4K 30fps and I am attempting to stabilize and upscale to 8k but once I try rendering I get this colourspace error pops up. Anyone know or had this before?

Also, I played around with it some more trying to go lower upscaling, removing stabilization and I’m still getting all sorts of errors.

Computer is MacBook Pro M3 pro chip, 18gb ram and it’s brand new (bought last night). Based off my research and understand this shouldn’t be the issue as it surpasses the minimum requirements, plus reading other posts people seem to be having no issues with older model MacBooks.

Here are my logs.

Thanks in advance.

You are going to need to change the encoder selected to H265 or ProRes to handle the 8k resolution that you are trying to upscale to.

You can do this in the lower right corner of the app in the Preview and Export Settings panel.

I tried changing both H265 and ProRes and I’m still getting errors. For both cases its saying export error the output resolution is too large.

If you are going to 15k resolution than no those options will not work as they cap out below that resolution size. You will need to swap either to an image sequence and export that way or you can try using the FFV1 encoder.
