Color shift on images

When the image opens in Topaz PS plugin; the colors completely shift (darken and become more desaturated). Please advise

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. open Topaz in PS

Would you mind sending in some more information to get a better understanding of the problem you are having with this particular type of image? Please send the following information:

  1. The original image file.
  2. The processed image.
  3. A screenshot or description of the settings panel so I can see what adjustments were turned on.

I’m just getting started with Photo AI and am having a similar color shift problem, except in my case the colors become lighter and less saturated. I’m using Photo AI as a plug-in with Capture One. I made no changes to the automatic adjustments that Photo AI generated. I’ve just dropped the related images into your Dropbox file.

Hi I am using Canon EOS R5 and guitar plugin in Ps.

They were taken with an iPhone 14 Pro shooting in RAW mode to produce a DNG file.

I’m not sure I understand your response regarding the guitar plugin in Photoshop.
