Codec or Compression Error in Third-Party App

This was resolved in v3.1.4.

If you are still having this issue;

  1. Go to Preferences > Output > Video Export and select anything except Keep Extra Headers. Even if it is the default one, please select that one. Save and restart the app.

  2. Import the file with the error back into Video AI and transcode it. It will be fast and exported files can be opened in Premiere.
