Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Windows/Mac]

If you are using a VPN disable it.

Cloudfare has problems with many sites across the world. Usually it is because of a VPN where there are multiple users using the same IP address.

BTW I don’t know why you answered me as I am not the person with the issue.

My apologies for tagging you in the reply, this was an accident. I will adjust the reply now

This checkpoint is a security feature to protect our users from spam and bots accessing our site to access our user information. This protection is put in place by CloudFlare, a third-party tool we use to verify that the users of our site are human.

Generally, if you encounter this situation, your cookies are blocked somehow on the browser you use to access our site. Turning off whatever security feature is blocking your cookies should allow you to proceed.

Some ideas on fixing the challenge loop:

  1. Reload the page.
  2. Make sure the browser is updated to the current version.
  3. Open the page in incognito mode/guest mode.
  4. Clear the browser cache, history, and cookies, then restart and try again.
  5. Flush the DNS cache. (Flush DNS: What It Is & How to Easily Clear DNS Cache)
  6. Use a different browser. If it works, set it as your default browser.
  7. You can try a different computer, tablet, or phone on the same internet to determine if the conflict is local to one system or the network.
  8. Disable browser extensions, particularly privacy or security ones, as they may interfere with the challenge’s behavior.
  9. Adjust your browser’s security settings to allow cookies. Some browsers might block cookies, causing the looping effect.***If you are using a Google Chrome browser you can click on the triple dot in the menubar then go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Third Party Cookies and then make sure the option to Allow third-party cookies is enabled.
  10. Check if you use any VPN, Firewall, Proxy, or antivirus. Disable them one by one and try again.

I am also unable to loginto my account. I am trying to activate the software on a new computer. When I go to login I cannot get past the cloudflare authentication. The dialog box just doesn’t appear. I have tried five different browsers. I have disabled all shields and even the most basic security features at the browser level. I am not using a VPN. I have tried going to two different coffee shops in case there is an issue with my home network. I have ensured the browsers are all up to date. I tried incognito mode on each. I flused the DNS cache. I disabled all browser extensions. I tried uninstalling three different browsers and reinstalling them. I have tried everything. I bought the software at a time when my only option was upscalling with the CPU. I purchased a fancy new computer (that works just fine) with high end Nvidia graphics card so I can upscale with the Topaz AI sofware I paid for. It really does appear that I will not be able to use it because of Cloudflare. I don’t know what two do. Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to resolve the issue. In case anyone else is having the same problem, check that your machine has the correct date and time. Mine was incorrect. The solution was as simple as going into settings and syncing the date and time. Cloudflare was able to authenticate after this small adjustment.
