Closes with no error message after processing 50-70 Sony ARW images

The program will process about 50-70 Sony Raw ARW images and then close with no error message. I have been trying to process 450 images for 3 days and still haven’t finished the job. It worked fine in previous versions. This is driving me crazy!

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 - Load images
  2. Step 2 - Start processing
  3. Step 3 - Start over at step 1 after Photo Ai closes.

I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.

Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?

Also if you can, please try to recreate this error message in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this email.
