Can't use my owned copy of Topaz Photo AI

When I open my copy of Topaz Photo AI, it tells me my token has been rejected, and I need to activate my account. I went to my account on the browser page, and a far as I can tell there is no issue with my account. I still only have the demo version of Photo AI. I can get into the other Topaz programs I own just fine.
