Every time I try to use it, It says “The cloud can not process this file. Unauthorized” Don’t know what to d. I’ve tried it with .mp4 files and .mkv files and nothing… still the same, I’m also doing it at a 4K render btw.
Are you loading the file from the desktop app or the web app interface? If you are using the desktop app, can you pull the logs and send to the support team for us to investigate?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
