Can't upgrade to V.2 on Windows 11

I just bought Topaz Photo AI. V.1.5.2 downloaded, even though I was trying to buy V2.

I have tried to update to V.2 through the application, but each time I try, half-way through the download process I get an error message:

"This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer package. "

I have a screen grab of the message, but don’t know how to attach it to this.

If I can’t update the programme, I don’t want to keep it, and would like a refund.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 Open Photo AI
  2. Step 2 Go to '‘update available’
  3. Step 3 Click on ‘update’
