When I am editing a raw photo in Photoshop and want to use Topaz Labs as a filter, the program opens, and starts processing my photo but I can’t see the photo, and it doesn’t appear to change anything if I save the Topaz edits.
Steps to reproduce issue:
- Open raw file on Photoshop
- Filter → Topaz Labs → Topaz Photo AI
Topaz Photo AI [v3.0.0] on [Windows]
Maybe it’s a raw file from an unsupported camera.
Upload it here so others can test it and for the devs to look at it.
Hmm. No issue for me an a Mac, although it is a very dark image.
Also I was sending it from On1 PR, albeit using the PS plug-in. Back in PR I was able to edit the image so the hummer is more prominent.
I guess you need to wait to hear what Windows users say. Are your drivers up to date?

I’m glad it worked for yours! My drivers are up to date, as far as I know.
I guess you need to pursue this further with Topaz support. Good luck.
It appears that your Intel driver is out of date
To troubleshoot this I would like to see if updating your GPU driver will resolve the problem.
Please use the following link to update your driver: Intel | Driver Update
After the update, let me know if you are still experiencing the problem.
