Can't login into app via email

  5. Can’t login with email and password - it says invalid email or password try again.
    also can’t login via Google - it shows successful page but an app keeps showing login prompt without a change.

There are some issues that they team is working on addressing right now. Please email the support team directly so that we can try and get this sorted out to get you back into the app quickly. Please include the logs as well for reference.

Facing same on Windows 11 as well. Have sent an email to help@topazlabs.com as well.
Reset the password twice but still couldnt access the app.
