Continuing to try to export H264 or H265 and failing. Can do VP9 and Prores, PNG, JPG, TIF. System can play these files, but not encode. What am I missing? We have asked this before but not heard reply yet. Thanks in advance for advice.

Unfortunately the AMD Radeon RX 6400 does not support H264 or H265 encoding:
One option would be to create a ProRes file and then re-encode it as H264 using a CPU encoder like libx264.
