I am trying to export a video from 24fps to 60fps using the Aion Model, with the sensitivity to 100, and it said the download and model failed. What do I need to do?
Can you send the logs to the support team for review? The model not downloading is usually a connection issue with the app being blocked or unable to connect for the model file. help@topazlabs.com

Thank you. The logs are showing that your system does not have a GPU card with at least 6 GB of VRAM which is below the System Requirements for Topaz Video and this is causing the issues with the Aion model.
The model is downloaded, but you do not have enough VRAM to run the model.
Do you have another system to use the app on that meets or exceeds the requirements?
