Cant denoise movie with video ai

Hello i try to denoise some movies which work about mont ago now i can it do not gives any exact error in application but point to log files.

I try only to denoise it with default NYX parameters, it works some time ago but do not work anymore.

ive attached log file. but i cant fint in it what couse error.

Logs are showing the source file is missing part of the metadata and is not being read correctly by the app for processing.

Try converting your input using Handbrake and then try importing the converted version back into the app for processing?

Here are the steps to convert it in the handbrake app:

  1. Drag and drop your video to import it
  2. I recommend going to the “dimensions” tab and under “resolution limit” > none
  3. I also recommend going to the “video” tab and under “framerate (FPS)” > Same as source
  4. Then click “start”

This will ensure that it retains the original resolution and frame rate with the converted file.
