Cannot update to 2.4.2 from 2.4.0

Tried several times to update to 2.4.2, VPN is off, same setup as when I loaded 2.4.0. Downloads but just freezes up.
Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1
  2. Step 2
  3. Step 3

You can find all the releases by version here for download:

Download the 2.4.2 version locally and install it.

Thanks, I got it earlier. Bit of a brain fart on my aging brain. Thanks for the help. Enjoying using the program but I found it best to shut my ACDSee program off when I use Topaz. Looking forward to the new version.
