Everything was working great and then suddenly, in the middle of an editing session, when I try to move photo from LrC into Photo AI, Lightroom freezes up and Photo AI does not open. I cannot close LrC without restarting my computer. Photo AI works fine moving from PS, but not from LrC.

If it does not, open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top, and click the ‘Help > Open Log Folder’ menu option. Please send in all the files located in this folder.

But…I normally access Photo AI from LrC Photo > Edit In > Topaz Photo AI. That is still not working…my PC freezes up whenever I click that. But at least now I can access it through the File tab. I love my Photo AI and got in a bit of a panic when I couldn’t get to it from LrC. Any ideas why that won’t work? I looked in my LrC Preferences > External Editing folder and Topaz Photo AI is there. Should I delete it and re-add it again?

Same issue here, only my Lightroom doesn’t freeze. But, Topaz won’t open either way. From the file menu I get an error that Topaz failed to open. From the Photo/Edit it opens a Tiff, but nothing ever happens with Topaz.

Same problem here with no workaround. Was working with older version of 3, but when I upgraded to 3.2.2 this morning, now all I get in Lightroom 13.3 is a new tiff file is created, but Photo AI does not start up. No error message or freeze ups. But I can no longer use Photo AI from Lightroom. Please resolve this ASAP.

I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.
Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?
Also if you can, please try to recreate this plugin error in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this thread.
