Cannot move the application window, min, max and close icons missing

Using version 5.0.4 (updated just today 15 May 2024). the update did not fix the issue. Windows 10 Pro,

The application window can be manually resized but the window location is locked and cannot be moved. The minimize, maximize and close icons are missing. the issue is isolated to the Topaz Video AI application. all other applications behave normally.

Sorry for the delay getting back with you. I fired up the application today and was notified that updates were available. After installation the missing icons are back and I have full window control.
