Cannot download upgrades on Windows 11 laptop

I originally downloaded Topax AI to a
windows 10 desktop. I then downloaded it to a new Windows 11 Dell laptop. I have successfully upgraded my desktop several times but am unable to upgrade the laptop. The files appear to be downloaded but the installer file shows 0 kb in size. Note says to contact the contact the vendor.

Hi @john.boyes, do you have any anti-viruses or firewalls on your system that might be interfering with the app’s download?

Also, are you using the download link from our Topaz Labs Download Page or are you downloading from a different source?
