Bug with Photo AI 2.3.1 in Lightroom 5.7 using Photo AI as module externe

Since I updated to Topaz Photo AI 2.3.1, when I process an image in lightroom 5.7 using Photo AI as a plug-in, I get this error message:
could not find name space: Lr Socket
DxDiag.txt (98.5 KB)
Error 1
Error 2

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1
  2. Step 2
  3. Step 3

Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Windows/Mac]

Let’s try to reset your Lightroom plugin to try and get it working for you. You can follow the directions below to reset your Lightroom plugin:

  1. Close Lightroom fully.
  2. Run the Topaz Photo AI installer again. Get a new one from the downloads page: Topaz Labs Downloads
  3. Open Lightroom and check the File > Plug-ins Extras again.

Let me know if those steps get it working again.

Hello,
I tried to repair Topaz photo AI without success, after uninstalling the software and then reinstalling it. All this had no effect.
Then I did a system recovery at a date prior to the software update, but the process failed.

At this minute I still can’t enhance my photos in RAW but only in TIFF.

Could you please delete the DxDiag.txt visible on the page

Here are the files in the Topaz Photo AI.Irplugin folder
