1. The bug / behavior you have encountered
- While attempting to download the Starlight Mini model in Topaz Video AI, the download process consistently freezes at exactly 3.8GB.
- Despite multiple attempts (including restarting, disabling VPN/firewall, running as administrator, and clearing temporary files), the download does not progress past this point.
- This issue prevents any use of the Starlight Mini model, making the feature completely inaccessible.
- If this problem is not resolved promptly, I will be requesting a refund for my purchase.
