Blank Screen Nothing works. Refund Please

Running Apple M1 Max laptop. Ventura 13.4
Photoshop and Lightroom Classic using Rosetta.
Purchased Topaz AI today after using demo successfully.
Activated Version opens to a black background, no image, no controls. No option except quit.
I am wasting my time re-installing, uninstalling, etc.

What OS are you using? What are the technical details? Are your GPU drivers up to date?

Are you able to gather your log files or does this menu option not appear? You can gather your log files from the app by first recreating this behavior within the app, and then going to Help > Open Log Folder. Upload all of these log files to this thread and we can review them.
