I’m having a H265 video with 17MBps Bitrate (1080p) and I’m trying to upscale it to 4K. So I thought, if the image is bigger, the bitrate should as well. But no matter what constant Bitrate I set, it’s still 17MBps in the end (checking using Media Info).
Any idea what I’m doing wrong?
In the export settings are you using the dynamic or constant option for the bitrate?

Can you recreate this issue and then share the logs? Also, is it more than one file that this is occurring with?
In the logs I am seeing different bit rates for the exported files that match what you are setting the constant for.
I wonder what mediainfo shows for both files?
