Batch upscaling not working

I’m unable to perform batch upscaling. I select low-resolution images, apply 2x upscaling, and when exporting the files, the queue stops at the second position and doesn’t continue. The software doesn’t crash, it just stops. This is bothering me and hindering my work. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. I drag multiple low-resolution images into Topaz Photo AI.
2. I select all the images and apply 2x upscaling.
3. I click the export button.

Thanks for sending in those files and my apologies on the missed response.

I reviewed your video and it appears that you are missing a step in the batch processing workflow.

When you apply the edits to your first picture you will want use the Select All option then you will need to right click the first picture in the bottom image carosel then select to Apply > Current Settings to Selected Images
