Batch upscaling not working

I’m unable to perform batch upscaling. I select low-resolution images, apply 2x upscaling, and when exporting the files, the queue stops at the second position and doesn’t continue. The software doesn’t crash, it just stops. This is bothering me and hindering my work. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. I drag multiple low-resolution images into Topaz Photo AI.
  2. I select all the images and apply 2x upscaling.
  3. I click the export button.
