I have a had Topaz Video AI license for years never had this issue now on start : Authentication token could not be validated. I’ve cleared cache, disabled my firewall, turned off anti-virus software, turned off any pop-up blockers.

Same issue for me.
I was running Video AI 4.2.2. This on a dedicated machine with windows updates disabled.
Every few weeks I use the Log-out and Login-in options under the Account menu, as I had noted the authentication expires after a few weeks and jobs appear with watermarks.
Today I logged-out and Login appears to work on the browser, but the above “Authentication token could not be validated” error appears in the Activation dialog. It shows Trial at the top right.
I have tried restarting the machine, disabling the windows defender firewall and the issue remains. I installed 5.4.0 and the same issue occurs.
Using the Account, My Products option it’s showing Upgrades Expired, Owned (v6.1.3) as I purchased Video AI back in March 2024.
Please advise.
