Authentication token could not be validated

Hi there,

I own a license for Topaz Video… yet every time that I try to Activate the software, I get “Error. Authentication token could not be validated”.
I’m a Mac user and I’ve tried in different browsers (Safari, Firefox) with the same result every time. I updated to the latest version of the software (v4.1.2) and the problem remains.

I actually found the solution. A firewall was blocking the connection!
You can delete the post unless you think it can be interesting for other users.
