Topaz Video AI is at version 5.4 on a Mac Studio M1 running MacOS Sonoma 14.5. Audio is roughly half a second out of sync with video on all videos upscaled from 640x480 to 1920x1080.
Try changing the audio mode from copy to convert

Check fps of your output file with MediaInfo tool. It could be you have variable video framerate, that could lead to audio is out of sync.
