Steps to reproduce issue:
- Step 1 open raw file in Adobe Raw on Mac and eliminate all sharpening and denoise
- Step 2 open in PS, make new layer and runTopaz AI from PS filter
- Step 3 run on auto which has removing noise on and sharpening off, which leaves image insufficiently sharpened, than turn sharpening on auto and see lots of artifacts

I tried your suggestion and bypassed Camera Raw, went into PS and then the Topaz AI filter. Same issues as before.
I tried the link you provided below to start a support ticket, but I don’t see, or even know what ‘ beacon’ you’re referring to. Please advise. Screen shot:

Try reloading that page. There should be a chat bubble that comes up when you first open it in the bottom right- that’s the support beacon I’m referring to. Thanks!

Try use Chrome or Edge browser.
Base on the color of the shield icon (left of the address bar) clearly show that you have turn on Enhanced Tracking Protection.
