I am running Topaz Video AI on a Mackbook Pro.
I can’t upscale my video because I keep getting a “colorspace error”.

It looks like the app is running into an error specifically when upscaling to resolutions over 4K. This can be fixed by switching to the H265 (this is a newer video format that supports resolutions above 4K) or ProRes export option in the app’s menu.
Im having the same issues and I tired switching to H265 and no luck. I recently posted my issues in the forum.
Perfect! I switched to ProRes and it worked. Thanks so much!
Where do you find this ProRes switch? I want to try and see if it helps me as well.
You can see it at the bottom right of this screen shot.
Ok, I tried that too and still errors, this time export error the output resolution is too large.
I’m having the same error with some videos being upscaled to 2K and 4K. I am using H265 Nvidia Main10. It does not tell me the error until after the video is processed several hours later instead of at the start, very frustrating and a waste of electricity. I don’t like the idea of switching to another export format, the one I want should work.
Update: I tried using ProRes and same issue: Colorspace Error!
