[AI Error] Unable to download model

Hi,
I’m having an annoying issue after upgrading Topaz video AI to v6.2.2:

Issue Behavior:
I was unable to download model, it says “AI error” and I have never seen this issue before.
(I checked my firewall setting, Topaz video AI is allowed to connect to Internet)

I tried File==>Model Manager and downloaded model I need but it didn’t work at all.

Previous version worked fine.

This is likely a connection issue with something installed on your system that is blocking the connection between the app and the internet to download the models.

Here is a link to basic troubleshooting (same thing applies from activation issues to model download issues) please try all of them and let me know if one works!

Last night I got no choice but to disable my Kaspersky and somehow it worked, Topaz video AI can download model.

Though I already had rules to enable all traffic (in-bound and out-bound) for Topaz Video AI and I have never had this before I upgraded to Topaz video AI v6.2.2

I enabled all traffic in my firewall setting for “Topaz Video AI. exe” and added this file to trusted list.
But it still didn’t work, this was never happened before.
Is there any file I have to add in trusted list in my firewall?

This issue is gone after I downloaded the latest version of Topaz video AI.
