Help needed! I’ve installed version 3.5.0.
When trying to process a video, I get the error message: AI error: Download failed, model failed. I cannot do anything at the moment. Please help - the logs are attached below.

Are you using any kind of vpn ?

Based on the logs it looks like the app is unable to reach veai-models.topazlabs.com
Are there any network filters, firewall settings, or administrative tools that could be preventing this connection? Do other networks show the same issue when downloading models?
Thank you for your quick response! I am quite happy to report that indeed the issue was: The firewall. I manually added VideoAI to the allowed apps - now everything works fine.
I did not think of this at first, because all earlier versions of VideoAI did not run into trouble with my firewall (I am using: Avast Premium Security, version 23.8.6078 (Build 23.8.8416.791)).
