AI Error after clean install of windows and Topaz Video

The logs show memory errors that could be related to the GPU running out of available memory.

Open the Preferences Panel and change the following settings.

File>Preferences>Processing

  1. Ensure that your GPU is selected for the AI Processor
  2. Set the max memory to 80%
  3. Set max processes to 1
  4. Save the settings and close the panel.
  5. Re-run your clip through the process that you were trying.

I applied your settings and still get the same error
Next I set it to CPU and restarted. Now I get the error “Resolution error”.

Can you share the updated logs to take a look at?

The latest logs are showing a driver error. This should be able to be resolved by updating the driver for your GPU card from the NVIDIA drivers update page and then restarting your system after the latest Studio driver is downloaded and installed.
