I recently purchased a new laptop and reinstalled all photo editing software to include Lightroom Classic, Photo AI, Gigapixel AI, Denoise AI, and Sharpen AI. All software operates correctly but NO Topaz software shows up in Lightroom Classic.
Firstly make sure that you are using Lightroom Classic desktop app because the cloud version doesn’t allow any plugins
Photo AI should integrate automatically. However, if it didn’t, please be sure Photoshop and Lightroom are closed and then reinstall Photo AI.
For DeNoise AI, Sharpen AI, and Gigapixel, you should be able to use the auto integration method: Be sure Photoshop is closed. Open each app as a stand alone product and log in under Account (in the menu options, not on our website).
After this, go to Help>Install Photoshop Plug Ins . Close apps, and check if Photo AI, Sharpen AI and DeNoise AI now appear in Photoshop under Filters and Gigapixel under File>Automate. How To Launch Gigapixel As A Plugin In Photoshop
If the auto integration does not work, then you may need to use the manual steps below. This shows Sharpen AI as an example, and the other apps will follow the same steps: Sharpen AI Photoshop Plug In Integration
If you still have any conflicts, please send back some screenshots of what you see.
