Please see screenshot. When I initially loaded the plugin, I put the plugin on an adjustment layer over some footage. The pixel ratio seemed stretched, then after a moment, half the frame was filled with data noise and garble. I deleted the plugin on the adjustment layer and then added it to one video clip, which crashed After Effects and crashed the project file until I disabled Enhancer.
I am now exporting the footage through the standalone app but I’m not pumping the exposure beforehand so not sure it will look for the right stuff. And it’s taking a bit, which is perfectly fine with me, if the plugin were to want to take its time.
I just purchased the software and would like to use this as a plugin without it wonking out. Is AE 2025 too new?
Mac Studio Ultra M1 running Sequoia 15.1 (don’t feel comfortable just uploading my system profile for anyone to download but if you need it, I can upload)
Thank you for the quick reply! I can’t go back to After Effects 2024, because Sequoia has made the app absolete, to test it but I did have to move the script files from AE 2024 folder in to AE 2025 because the installer put them in the 2024 folder.
Got it. I haven’t been able to recreate this issue yet in either 2024 or 2025, if you are able to share it, I’d love to take a look at the project file, or a simplified version of it to see if this is resolvable.

Try dragging the enhance effect on top (instead of below) of the lumetri color effects on your adjustment layer. Seems to have fixed the odd issue on my end
Thank you so much for your quick response! It seems to be working fine. I’ll put 'er through the ringer. I seem to remember that Lumetri Color can wonk out the aspect ratio in some instances using AE, so that makes sense. At least for now.
