Affinity Photo 2 - Can't Activate 1.5.3

When trying to Activate 1.5.3 I get the above code in a browser. Please fix

Did you get Affinity Photo from the Serif website or the Apple Store? Based on where you get the application from, Topaz Photo AI login will work differently.

The version of Affinity Photo from the Apple Store has issues with authentication because it does not have the correct permissions.

If you would like Topaz Photo AI to work with Affinity I would recommend refunding on the Apple Store and purchasing directly from Serif.

This error does not happen at all with the version from the Serif website. I have seen this issue multiple times and am sure of the cause.

Unless you are 100% sure that this is not from Apple, I would recommend getting Affinity Photo from Serif.

I’m positive the purchase is from the Affinity website, can you make sure you are testing the new version 2 of Affinity Photo , it’s called Affinity Photo 2 not version 1

Both Affinity Photo 1 and 2 work in our tests.

Please disable antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These could also be blocking the authentication from working.

Ok, downloading and re-installing Affinity Photo 2 this is the website I got my files from, not trying to get Affinity Photo 2 to see the Topaz Photo AI plugin, downloading the latest version 2.0, any tricks to get Affinity Photo 2 to see your plugin? Do I need any special steps to get it to see Photo AI?

Sorry for the delay in my reply. It should not require any special steps for the plugin to appear or for the application to authenticate in Affinity Photo 1 or 2. This is odd behavior.
