After version 2.0.2 “Adjust Lighting” still doesnt work for me !
My system is Win10 , i7-2700k , GTX 3060 . Please check and fix this !
Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs to your reply so I can check the contents.
Please send me the logs as well. Are you using Raw or non-Raw files?
Hi, where to send the log files?
Non raw - just normal .jpegs !

What CPU do you use ?
Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2670 0 @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz (2 processadores)
Well i guess our older CPUs are the reason for the issue but still hope the devs will fix it.
When I got the version 2.0 (three weeks ago) it was working fine. I think is something related with the update after this version
yes i know that everything did work fine here too before version 2.0.3 …
I’m checking on this with my team. I think it should be using the GPU instead of the CPU. Will see if I can get more information on this.
thanks for the support ! waiting for fix !
Same issue as described by OP. Also have a fairly old CPU, but 3XXX graphics card. Worked early on, but has broken with subsequent updates.
I´ve already updated for the version 2.0.5, but this issue still persists. I did the same steps as I mencioned early before. And the autopilot preview window freezes as I select the Adjusting Lighting (beta) ON. From that moment forward, all the other options start to be unavaiable. Even though I select the other options, nothing works, and I have to close the program.
Yes same here … So we still waiting the developers to fix it …
I am checking with my team if we can fall back to the GPU if the CPU fails with these older CPUs.
What graphics card do you have on your computer?
From the conversations I’ve had with my team so far, these CPUs are unfortunately going to have more issues in the future as they are below the minimum requirements even if the GPU meets the requirements.
I would highly recommend looking into a newer CPU that meets the minimum requirements.
Nvidia RTX 2060
Thanks for your efforts but i think this is not acceptable ! On version 2.0.2 everything works perfect on our systems and after few days with the next update everything crashes You can`t just tell us we all should buy new systems … This is not right … If this have been worked fine on GPU so leave it works on GPU but not in CPU or make it works on both !
