4.0 Doesn't release file until program closed

Windows 11 / Video AI v4.0.0

Closing an input video file in v4.0 doesn’t release it back to the operating system.
Moving the file to another directory gives a “File in Use” error which only clears when Topaz VAI is closed completely.

I’m encountering the same issue. I was able to record the screen for proof.
It like the file isn’t deallocated when you to a Close or Close all inputs function.
The developers should be able to replicate this easily.

That issue exists with the 3.x version too, it’s really annoying.

In version 3.3.5 this problem does not exist for me (Windows).

I was using 3.4.1 and 3.4.3 and it existed in both versions.
