2.4.2 constantly crashing no matter what I do with an image

I can load an image but any app window resizing, adding enhancements, scaling the preview, attempting to render a preview in the default viewer, and saving an image crashes the app.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Load Topaz Photo AI 2.4.2 on Windows 11
2. Click browse to load an image
3. The preview sometimes loads but sometimes crashes
4. Loading an image and directly attempting to “save image” crashes the app
5. Adding an enhancement crashes the app
6. Scaling the preview crashes the app.

So far I have completely uninstalled everything, downloaded a completely new installation including the models, and it still crashes.

I looked at the log file and it is filled with Info lines and a few Warns, but no errors or anything!?!?
