This used to be a problem requiring moving the .pkg to a known directory. this was fixed by you several months ago. it wants me to allow access to all files for the “installer” but that is buried in your update files and I cannot reach it.
I believe that security access is actually modified through Mac security settings.
Just delete the app and reinstall from a full download.
The permissions setting should be accessible through System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files & Folders > Installer > Downloads folder.
