Are you trying to save to a cloud location like OneDrive or Google Drive?
Topaz Photo AI does not have permission to write to cloud storage devices, so if you are using one of these, we recommend saving the file to your desktop or somewhere on the hard drive and moving the files to your cloud storage after.
If you’re not using cloud storage, please let me know if you’re using Mac or Windows and we can continue troubleshooting.
