When processing large batch of files from Lightroom using Photo AI, one file will have missing Keyword (not copied over from the raw file). Sometimes, exhibit color shift.
This problem does not occur if a single file is process from Lightroom. Tried with 13 files still does not have the problem. Tried 37 files, problem appears. Can’t tell from what batch size onward the issue will appear. Photo AI version 1.3.7. Just updated to V 1.3.8, have not tried it yet.
Just tried today with V1.3.8. I processed 53 files in a single batch. Similarly, one file did not have the Keywords copied over from the TIF file generated before Photo AI processing. The current workaround is to delete that TIF file and redo it as a single file. Did notice any color shift, seems like the color for the file without Keywords copied over is random.

@smwong348 I would like to try to reproduce the problem on my end to see what’s going on. You can securely send me the following information using my Dropbox link below.
The original image file.
The processed image.
A screenshot or description of the settings panel so I can see what adjustments were turned on.
Submit to Dropbox. Let me know when you have sent something.
So sorry, I can’t send you any file, I have rolled back to V 1.3.8 and reprocessed all the affected files.
The “Unable to read file” and “Could not run model” issue could happen to single file, but repeating the process may it get thru. Seems like is a random issue.
As for corruption of filename, i.e. the file is replaced with some other image, happens only with batch processing, apparently also random. It has happened to Denoise before.
TIF file with keywords and rating remove also happen for batch processing. Affected file seems to be random, i.e. definitely not the first or last, any file in between.
Let me know what else I can help. Rolling back to V 1.3.8 is very slow, quite reluctant to upgrade to V 1.3.9 to conduct test, V 1.3.9 is simply not usable. I am using Photo AI everyday.
Wrong processed image assigned to the processed file
The issue with randomly having one TIF file in the batch with Keywords and Rating removed is still there. The file will show color shift too.
I sent 50 NEF files (_DSR5503 to _DSR5590) together with their XMP files to you to simulate the issue of randomly having one file with Keywords and Rating removed from the TIF file. I have attached the affected TIF files to you too.
The first time I ran Photo AI with files sent from LR, there will be one file with missing Keywords and Rating, shows color shift too. The Affected file is _DSR5551.
I deleted the TIF files and ran the same batch of TIF files freshly generated from NEF files by LR, no issue with missing Keywords.
I deleted the TIF files, shutdown LR and re-launch LR, sent the same batch of freshly generated TIF files by LR to Photo AI. Missing Keywords and Rating with color shift resurfaced. The affected file is _DSR5512-1 (rename after processing from _DSR5512 to _DSR5512-1). You will notice the affected file is different with the 2nd run after re-launching LR. The issue is affecting file randomly.
Thanks for uploading the image files. I’m glad to hear that v1.3.10 solved some of the issues.
We were not able to reproduce the missing keyword issue on our end. I’ve let our developers know the conflicts you’re running into and we’re looking into a solution.
The best workaround at the moment would be what you’re currently doing and running the file through multiple times. The color shift seems to be related to the keyword issue like you pointed out.
