Edited in Topaz Studio; the following Adjustments (in order) were used: Basic; Precision Contrast; Sharpen (applied selectively); Texture Overlay (the Mask from Sharpen was copied and pasted, and then inverted; many thanks to Joe for showing me how to Copy and Paste); Vignette; Basic; Vignette (Masked, using the Mask like a Radial Filter). Being able to copy and paste Masks is super helpful to my workflow.
