50 shots, 2 seconds apart stacked in Adobe Photoshop into 1 final image. Topaz Impressions with that excellent Leroy neiman filter. The color variations in the underlying images was due to flaky wind and the turbine blades rotating on their axis for optimal angle to available wind.
