I would use Gaia CG without making it larger and then upscale it to 2K or 4K with Artemis HQ.

Having said that, the best results for a specific video is always based upon your eyes and expectations.

Using VEAI is more art than science and you have to “dive in” (experiment) to get the best results.

Use the comparison view to test various models, too.
