Where has my license gone?

I bought Topaz AI Gigapixel years ago..

I opened this program after years, and it says I don’t have a license.

What is going on? I thought this license was supposed to be the permanent plan!!

Login to your Account navigate to the My Products page and you’re find a Download link to the version you own.

Simply Download and Install that version

Having the same issue. There isn’t even a “My Products” menu item in the hamburger menu anymore!

Sorry I didn’t know the Account page had changed

Click on the Account and Select Legacy from the list from here you’ll be able to Download and Install the version you own
