I have download it this version on my iMac with m1 and the latest version of macOS and when I drag a video on it crushes automatically and restarts. Any thoughts about this problem?

Maybe try to run the app under Rosetta.
Open a ticket with the support team and send the logs for review.
When i downloaded that file for windows none of the ai models will pop up

There was an issue with version 2.6.4 in 3025 and Topaz Support fixed it
