Is there a particular day of the month when the monthly credits get added? Dec 1 came and went without credits being added to my app. My renewal date is Sept 5 and Dec 5 has also come and gone with no credits added. I’m pretty sure they got added last month, but I don’t remember when.

You, I and everyone else who is a Founder Member haven’t been receiving any Free Video Credits because, as Founder Members we all received a years worth of Video Credits totaling 3600 worth $900 to be used before your Auto-Renewal Subscription date expires.
Please check your Account to find out when your Subscription will Auto-Renewal because, after this date you will loose any remaining Credits you have left from the 3600 and your 300 Free Monthly Studio Plan will begin.
This doesn’t include any separate Video Credits you had purchase previously or Credit Subscription Plans you will still retain those Credits.
