What is the update Timeline for 2.4.0

Topaz Photo AI is unusable in its current state. I’m considering downgrading to the previous build but will hold off if there is an update on the horizon for 2.4. Any word on when we can expect that update? Knowing that a fix is on the horizon could go a long way to stemming some of this 2.4 vitriol.
