What have you done to Topaz AI?

I loved Topaz AI, and was getting great results with it, but since I purchased the new upgrade, it takes forever and I don’t see any improvement at all. Can I get my money and my old version back? Talking about the 7.04 update.

I am experiencing the same thing. Is there a way to go back to the last version?

However, I’m happy to help troubleshoot before a refund. If you’re alright with that, could you tell me your system’s specs such as your CPU, GPU, RAM, and VRAM?

I am attaching a note with all the computer specs I could find. Can you let my know if you can understand why Topax Gigapixel AI is no longer working for me?
