I usually use other software to interpolate or upscale anime, but I have never done it before with TVAI and I don’t know which parameters are the best for 60fps interpolation and upscaling to 4k.
There is not a preset setting that will always work as each input video is a different variable. Try using the Gaia model which is trained on CGI or the Proteus which is a general purpose upscaling enhancement model.
