We either select a part of a video clip either "Preview Min (5 frames) but it does not export.
We have selected Proteus or Rhea as models but it does not export.
It does not matter whther we are connected to internet or not.
We have “log” but we do not find how to send them to you.
Can you grab the logs and send them to the support team at help@topazlabs.com?
To export a video after selecing a model and settings, in the bottom right corner of the app you can use the Quick Export Icon, the Export button or Cloud export if you are connected to the internet and wish to use the cloud servers for processing.
