Its been a while since I used VidAI but I do like the UI for deciding on what to use for parameters. However, I have noticed that while looking at options and trying to keep each in a separate tab, sometimes the preview data gets disconnected from the tab (green bar on the timeline disappears). It can be brought back by clicking on the run in the preview log … but sometimes those runs disappear too. It can lead to this conclusion of “I don’t see any improvement” because the preview data is gone. I’m also seeing the preview display change unexpectedly in size. Maybe I’m doing something wrong here??? I am NOT seeing much improvement with my videos except for Proteus and even then I need to go to 4k (from 1280/720) to get that. Can you provide some screenshots of what you are seeing for reference?
When you click on a different tab, that will change the view. As long as you do not change the settings or the model choice on a tab the preview should still remain linked.
Depending on your content and the model choice, the enhancements can be subtle at times, and if you are enabling an upscale the view zoom % can change to fit the video to the preview window.
